Sanoskin First is a transparent hydrogel sheet which is covered by a polyurethane film with an adhesive border.  The polyurethane film not only acts as an antibacterial barrier but enables the dressing to be flexible and comfortable for use on hands and joints.   Sanoskinâ First can stay on the wound for several days and allow inspection of the wound without removing the dressing.
